Ranjitha Offered Seva to Swami Nithyananda!!

After the devastating scandal of Swami Nithyananda with actor Ranjitha blew shock-waves across the nation, here comes some more amazing updates from the scandal. The actor reveals how her favor towards the swami was only just a service for this great man and soul.
Finally, Ranjitha has come forward and revealed that what is shown in the Swami Nityananda sex scandal video was only her ’service’ to Swami Nithyananda. She reportedly stated in a telephone interview with a magazine that her love for Swami Nithyananda was pure and innocent and that the media had ‘unnecessarily blown the issue out of proportion’.
According to Mid-day:
Tamil actress Ranjitha, who went into hiding after being caught on camera while indulging in sexual acts with Swami Nityananda, finally come to fore yesterday. Clearing her stand, she justified her acts by saying that she was just giving her ‘offerings’ to the godman.
In an interview to a Tamil website, Ranjitha said that she has known Nityananda for quite some time and is grateful to him for curing her wheezing trouble in just a day. The actress said, “The media has unnecessarily blown the issue out of proportion. I know swamiji for the past few years and my association with him is quite transparent. As a true devotee, I offered my services like feeding and massaging him regularly in his room. I used to stay with him till late and the ashram inmates knew about it.”

Ranjitha, however, was very careful with her words and not once did she talk about the ’sex issue’. She carefully evaded the topic and neither accepted nor denied her sexual acts in the video.
Instead, she strongly denied the allegation that she is trying to cash on the sex video shot by Nityananda’s onetime associate Lenin Karuppan. She said, “I know my Swamiji. He is a great atma and will come out as a pure atma soon.”

Happily married
Ranjitha also denied a rift with her husband. “These are mere speculations,” she said. Swami Nityananda in the meantime is expected to explain his stand on March 18. In a press conference on Monday, his press coordinator Nithya Sachithananda said, “The godman’s personal security was at risk. He has been advised to come out only after a few days.”
Pointing out that his organisation was consulting legal experts, Sachithananda questioned the technological knowledge of Nityananda’s close aide Lenin Karuppan, alias Dharmananda, who is believed to have secretly filmed Nityananda’s sexcapades in a room within the ashram premises.

Oncolytic Virus Therapy Kills Cancer Cell?

Trials Of Targeted Therapy To Begin In India In 2 Mnths

New Delhi: Trials will soon begin in India to treat cancer differently and selectively. This could eventually see a breakthrough in the treatment of the dreaded C word and give hope to many. Called oncolytic virus, it’ll see certain live viruses being injected intravenously. These will then home into cancer cells, colonize and kill them.
This is the first time such trials will take place in India and the second time in the world where success is anticipated. Early trials in UK have shown promising results. The Indian trials will be in conjunction with Artemis Health Institute, Gurgaon, and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre in New York. Cancer, incidentally, is the biggest killer in India after heart disease and it’s estimated there are 1.5-2 million cases at any given point in time. In US, one million cases crop up annually.
Oncolytic virus, says Dr Kushagra Katariya, CEO of Artemis, is a targeted therapy and can be used to treat all types of cancer. Unlike chemotherapy and radiation, conventional forms of treatment which kill healthy cells too, oncolytic virus doesn’t do this. “We hope the side effects of the former two — nausea, hair loss, diarrhoea, etc — won’t be there now,” says Kataria. Doctors are also hoping that the after-effects on the body when a tumour breaks down, will be minimized. The virus which will be used in these trials is called Vaccina, he says.

Trials will start in two months on some 20-50 patients who suffer from cervical, head, neck and lung cancer, he says. While lung cancer is the number one cancer killer in the world, neck and cervical cancer are more prevalent in India. In Indian women, cervical cancer cases are ahead of even breast cancer. Incidentally, a conference, ASK’ 10, at Artemis between March 6-7 on head, neck and thoracic cancer, will also discuss these trials.
Early trials on nude mice, ie, those whose immunity was stripped, were conducted over the last three years by the University of California and Sloan-Kettering, to see if this virus works. With no immunity, it was easy for researchers to inject cancer cells in the mice and see tumours growing in their thighs. The virus was then injected into them and in a surprising and euphoric development, the tumours disappeared within four to eight weeks, says Kataria.
Dr Kumar Prabhash, medical oncologist, Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital, Mumbai, says oncolytic virus is a promising therapy for treating cancer. “While it will take some time for this to be the sole treatment, if used with chemo and radiation, it could add to the benefits.” Most medical trials go through four stages and the present one is an early Phase II trial. FHM Germany Official 2010 Calendar

German FHM can sure make a naughty celeb calendar but is Germany short on hot celebrity babes? I only say that because their official FHM Germany 2010 Calendar is filled with non-German women such as Eliza Dushku, Mischa Barton, and Katy Perry. Not that I am complaining… Also included in their calendar are Lady Gaga, Pixie Lott, Nicole Scherzinger, Andrea Kaiser, Fiona Erdmann, Eva Habermann, Monica Ivancan, Gina-Lisa Lohfink, and Romina Becks.
The ladder six being German but I only have heard of seven of the 12 ladies before. Mischa look amazing in her picture so I am assume it was taken 5 years ago before she became a mess. But you have got to hand it to the folks at FHM Germany, they sure do know how to do a calendar. They could do without Lady Gaga and Pixie but to each is own as they say. By the way, Monica Ivancan look older than her true age but I still want to do filthy things to her body.
However the calendar is available below in the format what you see it, and you have to be satisfied with this since I think most of you are nowhere near Deutschland to get a original copy.
