Salman Khan is Zee Dance India Dance Winner 2009 (PICS)
Amongst the top 4 finalists of Zee TV Dance India Dance, Siddesh Pai, Salman Khan, Jai Kumar Nair and the Ranchi Ki Rajkumari Alisha Singh, Salman (Mohammed Ghouse) Khan* wins the “Sunheri Taqdeer ki Topi” and becomes the winner of the first Dance India Dance show 2009. Alisha Singh ended up being the First Runner Up followed by Siddesh Pai.
Dance India Dance has become a massive sensation for the country of India, pulling thousands of hopefuls from age 15 to 25, featuring professional choreographers, much like the American program So You Think You Can Dance.
The finale performance was reportedly before a live audience of 20,000, featuring guests on stage Boney Kapoor and Prabhu Deva and taking 1000 of staffers in preparations. The Bollywood actor, Mithun Chakraborty is the show’s grandmaster.
Salman gets for the win 50 lakhs and appearance in Boney Kapoor’s film ‘Wanted’ opposite Salman Khan. So two Salman comes together under the direction of Prabhu Deva’s “Wanted”.
